Dr Debbie Castle (Ed.D)

is the co-founder of People Development Ltd.  She is a learning specialist who designs transformational experiences for individuals, organizations and multi-stakeholder groups.  Debbie has over 30 years experience working in Canada and in over 40 countries.  Debbie is especially noted for her expertise in the area of participatory, inclusive and reflective learning approaches to workshop design and facilitation, and for program and project accompaniment.  Her greatest joy is inspiring teams of facilitators to recognize their strengths and virtues and give their best to their communities, organizations and nations - to bring renewal, relevancy and effectiveness toward shared vision and purpose.
